1880-1890s bustle skirt and vest (actually the same as this one) of thin black wool. The purse is from the same fabric as the skirt and vest. The underskirt and shirt is from a pinstriped bordeaux cotton.
The draping on the front is made from making folds on the front part of the skirt and then sewing them onto the back part of the skirt, then I use ribbons to tie the front under the bustle on the back.
