Itīs actually the same fabric as this deviation.

The vest and skirt is a grey-black striped wool, the shirt is black cotton.

Awesome! Reminds me of the "Regimental Stripe" collection Victorian Maiden did (and I am going to worship anything that that brand makes) - but yours is more mature and historical. [link]
