Isabella by lill-sara Isabella by lill-sara
The alchemist Isabella Salazar, a character I portray at the Swedish high fantasy LARP campaign "Lazarus -De sju nycklarna" (Lazarus - The seven keys).

The dress is the burgundy wool 18th century dress, with a black wool petticoat. Itīs worn over the black stays and a white linen chemise. It is also worn with a grey linen fichu and black/grey needle-binded gloves.

I made everything except the hat, the jewelry, belt and shoes.

It's so awesome to see a fantasy twist on a historically accurate 18th century dress! Fabulous!

Larp Alchemists for teh win! *highfive!* ^^ I also have an alchemist that I play in LARP but it's not nearly as cool since it's not in Europe. ;-; European LARPers are so lucky.

Thank you!

European LARPs are over all very good-looking, yes. I canīt speak for every country in Europe but in Swedish LARPs, re-enactment and historical reference play a large part as well as the actual role-playing (in Swedish LARPs, youīre really never supposed to be out of character not even when sleeping). Iīve heard itīs actually quite avant-garde, but itīs also awesome.

I'm very envious. American Larps don't hold a candle to any European Larps, from everything I'm told.

Larpers Unite!
